What kind of rock is at Skaha?
The rock type in Skaha is called gneiss, a metamorphic form of granite, resulting in climbs with great quality. Gneiss is very similar to the rock found in Squamish and Yosemite. The rock climbs in the Skaha Bluffs provide a large variety of difficulties and styles which is ideal for the progression of this course.
